Nach zwei Studioalben („5 am“, 1998 und „Joseph Parsons“, 1999) erscheint als Bestandsaufnahme seines bisherigen Schaffens ein Live-Album des Songwriters aus Philadelphia.
Aufgenommen wurde es fast ausschließlich bei seinen Konzerten mit Band in Deutschland im November 1999. Neben einem Querschnitt seiner bisher erschienenen Studio-CDs enthält das Album auch interessante Interpretationen von Klassikern wie „Jokerman“ (Bob Dylan), „Don’t Let It Bring You Down“ (Neil Young) und „Rain“ (Beatles).


After the release of two critically acclaimed studio albums in 1998 („5 am“) and 1999 („Joseph Parsons“), the songwriter from Philadelphia is putting out his first live album entitled „Live in Europe“. It was mostly recorded during his band tour in Germany in November 1999 and includes live versions of songs from his three studio albums as well as some classics like „Jokerman“ (Bob Dylan), „Don’t Let It Bring You Down“ (Neil Young) und „Rain“ (Beatles) and one previously unreleased song.
